Starting Over Animal Rescue (S.O.A.R.) is an all-volunteer, donation-based, Alabama state-licensed canine rescue serving Northwest Alabama. Founded in 2022, the organization is dedicated to rescuing homeless and at-risk dogs, providing them with compassionate care, and helping them find safe, loving homes. S.O.A.R. relies on foster homes, volunteers, donations, and community support to continue giving dogs a fresh start.
